Video : FCA briefing on Anti-terrorism laws
On December 13, 2005, The FCA hosted a briefing by three experts -- Robert Toner SC, barrister, Treasurer of the NSW Bar Association, and also representing the Law Council of Australia; Peter Manning, former head of ABC News, and of Channel 7 Current Affairs, and now a Senior Lecturer in Journalism at the University of Technology, Sydney; and David Patch, barrister, and a Committee Member of Labor Lawyers. He was the Labor candidate for Wentworth in the 2004 Federal election.
