On November 3, 2006, Australian Foreign Minister Alexander Downer addressed members of the FCA at a luncheon briefing hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at their conference room in Angel Place. The minister addressed a range of issues from Australia's role in the South Pacific to climate change and bilateral relations with various countries.
